Boondocking at Golden Acres Ranch - a Harvest Host location

This is my first trip out since September 2023! I will be Boondocking at Golden Acres Ranch - a Harvest Host location near Monticello, Florida. This was a great place to stay for the night. I wish I had 2 more nights there. I would stay there again! I got to meet the owner and talk with her awhile. She bought this property 23 years ago. It is truly a working ranch. Her helpers that greeted me, Nick and Heather, are work camping there for the winter. They are full time RVers, as well as 2 more couples. It’s a very friendly, relaxing environment. Thanks Amy! It’s your kind of place! They have some Mayhaw trees there and harvest the berries. I bought some of the jam from them and it is delicious!

Gotta love traffic jams. Very pretty. I'm guessing that drive isn't as narrow as it kind of looks. I was thinking those trees could be bad for bigger rv's. But you seemed to make it just fine. So probably just the how it looks on camera. GOATS! Haha that pig is too cute. Oh that baby goat, though! So darn cute! Wasn't expecting to see a peacock. That's so cool! Very nice of them to give you a tour and let you video everything. What a fun place to hang out for a day or two.

The road was plenty wide enough for my 5th wheel. The only part of the road that was rough was the roots under the road. It sure was a fun place to visit

Glad your back out doing what you love. This looked like a nice place but I have to admit was holding my breath as you were going in lol the trees were pretty and the property was so nice. Liked all the farm animals
