Hello.
I'm Boone Bake.
Today I made a really delicious chocolate mousse tart.
This tart is easy to make if you make the tart dough in advance.
And this recipe is also my husband's favorite tart.
I can say that the crispy tart on the soft mousse is fantastic.
The amount of mousse is not too high, so it is a dessert that goes well with coffee in summer.
Cream the remaining dark chocolate mousse beautifully.
The shape when cut into pieces was also beautiful, so it was really good when serving to guests.
(I used a Wilton 2D nozzle.)
Although it is a hot summer, the taste is good enough to make you forget the trouble of making it, so I recommend making it with confidence.
And since we also weighed cups this time, even those who don't have a scale should try it.

237 ml = 1 cup
15ml = 1Tbsp
5ml = 1tsp
1 egg (without shell) 53g
(Chocolate is minced, flour is before sieving)
♥ Chocolate Mousse Tart
[ 20cm * 3cm (height) ]
115 g all-purpose flour (3/4 cup)
15 g cocoa powder ( 2 Tbsp + 1 tsp )
45g sugar powder (1/3 cup)
20g Almond Powder (100% Almonds) - ( 2 Tbsp + 1 tsp )
a pinch of salt
80g unsalted butter ( 1/3 cup + 2tsp )
35g eggs ( 2 Tbsp + 1 tsp )
♥ Milk Chocolate Mousse/ Dark Chocolate Mousse
yolk 2
25 g sugar ( 2 Tbsp )
5ml vanilla extract ( 1 tsp )
85g milk ( 1/3 cup + 2 tsp )
80g heavy cream
5 g gelatin ( 1 tsp + 1 tsp )
80g milk chocolate (1/2 cup)
90g heavy cream ( 1/3 cup + 1 Tbsp )
150g dark chocolate (1 cup)
125g heavy cream ( 1/2 cup + 1 tsp )

50g sugar ( 1/4 cup )
50g starch syrup ( 1/4 cup + 1 tsp )
32g sweetened condensed milk ( 2 Tbsp )
4g powdered gelatin ( 1/2 Tbsp )

50 g dark chocolate ( 1/3 cup )
