Honestly Kierr should have just refused to place the 2 skulls he had since there would be no way to get 2 skulls in 10 minutes, especially if both Kierr and Dev would try to get in the way. It seemed like Keep Inventory was on so they couldn't just kill him either.

Kier had no reason to help Dev when it came down to that situation. Kier wins either way. Placing the skulls almost guaranteed a crew win, while waiting it out was dangerous, since there was a chance the crew could get the 2 skulls they needed in 10 minutes and still win, and Kier would gain nothing from that. Plus, Kier and Dev were heavily out geared, and the crew had Andres with a netherite sword and diamond chestplate and Boosfer in nearly full diamond with Looting 3. All the crew would have to do is organize a line of defense while Boosfer killed the wither skeletons.

Adding on to that, teaming with the impostor should defo be considered cheating from now on because this actually reveals a huge flaw in the ruleset There's no rule forbidding an impostor and a townie to team up but the game was designed with strictly one impostor in mind, so in cases like these if Kier refused to place the skulls then the game is nigh unwinnable for the townies as there's effectively two impostors in play, making the usual impostor-proof strategies(sharing key items between multiple players, deduction on who's where and who's not, etc) much more vulnerable to tampering and realistically impossible to account for It also means that quasi-impostors like Kier always win, because if the impostor wins then they get the agreed upon benefit from the impostor(in this case, the special item from Dev). If the townies win, since Kier is technically a townie, he gets an extra heart. He literally cannot lose when teaming up with the impostor. It's a huge flaw in the rules.

Keep inverntory it too op for both sides. If the imposter gets an important item there is no way for the crewmates to get it back, and when the imposter kills somebody it does not realy do anything, just cost a bit of time to get back. I think is somebody dies 3 random items should be droped. So you don't loose everything but atleast something if you die

I think keepInventory is op for crewmates but closing it is op for the imposter so you can make it like every 5 deaths you drop your items. It would be more balanced.
