Boosie was actually the one to bring up the entire situation. Also double indemnity means Boosie can't be tried for any of those killings again. He could literally say "yeah, I ordered all those hits" and the police couldn't arrest him. It went to trial and he got off by threatening the kid into lying for him. He's a free man. The only justice Boosie will ever see for those killings will be on the streets. He could get charged for other crimes though.
