Nisalt - the Esotericist Mage - has an interaction through his toxic fire that essentially is a unique Increased Physical Damage buff. You sincerely will not believe this. It's a really interesting scenario. They won't nerf this, as there is nothing wrong. Technically they need to introduce a hero that does the same as Nisalt but for magic damage. That will level the playing field.

I usually run a team of Aracha, Silas, Hex, Delores, Hollow, Volka, Laurel, Twinfiend, Zilitu, and Setram. I would get anywhere between 55k to 58k. I took out Setram and inserted Nisalt. Did over 65k blood and Silas went from 160 mil to over 200 mil.

Had to come back and leave a comment after the ridiculous difference it made. In order to get Nisalt in, I had to change the team slightly, and I had my doubts at first as I’d have to take out heavy hitters A1 Twin, A2 Setram and A2 Hex. Anyway, 37K to 52K!

I think this is only really viable with Laurel, at least for me I seem to do worse switching anyone out for Nisalt, and can't quite reach the same blood I do without him, (20k on NM4.) It may be my team setup/composition, the fact that I don't have very good/the right gear, or maybe my timings are totally off, I'm not sure. I must admit, it would be interesting to see if I could be doing a lot better if someone else tried doing stages/guild boss/etc from a takeover and redid my gearing/etc to maximize everything. It 'feels' like I should be doing way better on my account, but am just stuck now. It doesn't help that after 2750 summons I STILL haven't pulled Laurel. I know she is used in practically everything...

@@fastidious_gg I've been running A3 Pyros (lord), A0 Hex, A0 Zilitu, A1 Nocturne, A5 Dolores, A2 Wrath (lord-Invig Only), A0 Valeriya, A2 Greed (Invig Only), A3 Hollow, A1 Silas. I know Hex, Zilitu, and Nocturne aren't good for the Nisalt setup, but they are some of my best guild boss heroes and help Pyros in destroying the shield, (I can't break the shield without that extra for Pyros.) I tried changing them for A5 Nisalt, A0 Sargak, but I have problems breaking the shield and have to hold my ultimates until the shields in order to even have a shot at getting through them, because I don't have the massive rage regen from Laurel. (If I had Laurel I would switch something out for both Laurel and Volka.) I know part of the problem is that I can't keep Valeriya or Sargak at low health, which is where they shine, so I'm losing a ton of dps from that, but I'm not sure if there is a way for me to maximize that with what I have. My highest hero, Hex, only has 78k BP, followed by Silas at 72k BP, Zilitu at 71k BP, and everyone else is under 60k BP. I don't have the gear to get good atk spd, cr, and cd all up on the same heroes, so most people have extremely low cd, and/or at least one of the other stats. It might just be that I can't do any better without better gear, or it might be that I need to redistribute all my gear setups better, I'm not sure. I really want to at least get to 25k per key so I can hit 50k with both keys, but since I just hit 20k after playing around a lot with switching gear back and forth between characters, it feels like it is going to take forever to get there.

@@DieHard0 yea so for your account with this comp, Nisalt isn't a stellar option. Hex, Zili, Pyros, Nocturne, and Greed are all Magic not Phyiscal. So you would be bringing nisalt just for Silas and Valeriya. Not so worth it to lose your meta infernal comp

Unfortunately this "feature" seems to only help the rich get richer. It made NO difference to my 33k blood NM4 team. I usually run Infernal/Nightmare and have now tried Piercer/Infernal, Piercer/Nightmare, and Infernal/Nightmare both with and without Nissalt and the results are mostly the same 29-33k. Seems like if you have the gear to hit 50k already it just goes up but unless you are at 46k already it won't much help. I think me not having Arrogance or the bond skills of Silas and Lust really just makes this trick not worth it. I love it for everyone who's benefitting though, get that bag!

Yeah as soon as people in CLS started posting about this yesterday morning I had to jump on it. I was stuck at 40k blood due to not having Hex/Arrogance and this boosted me up to almost 60k XD. INB4 it get's patched. Who knows how Moonton will handle this though considering SA has been "broken" the entire time, and if they aren't planning on fixing that at all, maybe they won't touch this till I at least get Arrogance or Hex.

OK Believe the Hype lol so many new options... but it does mess with some Infernal Synergies but if you are not depended on that its a game changer for GB -Venoma seems to come to mind as a new lord option if you drop the lord and the magic damage on the infernal side.

Just try look push into GR stages 18 and 19. You get the needed gear from those and you will push into 20k+ areas quite far! There are alot of great videos about beating stages 18 and 19. You got this!

Just applied this strat. It's amazing. Also took Hex out of my team and replaced him with Nisault. 55k+ blood, which is what I used to get when using a Friend Assist Laya in the comp. Thanks a ton @fastidiousYT

So Nisalt gives a 1.3x multiplier on his ultimate so 30% for physical units. Doesn't Mari give a 20% on both phys and mag dmg up all the time if her speed is correct? Wouldn't that be easier to use than making stricly phys dmg comps? Maybe Im wrong but it would make for a good video to have a showdown of debuffers on the GB.

Idk where you got 30%. It is 40-50%. And unlike marri Nisalt can do damage so if you have physical damage dealers it isn’t close. Also marri is doing the same debuff as volka so it can’t stack. Nissalt’s is unique so it stacks

@@fastidious_gg Makes total sense, thanks for clarifying it for me. I thought I saw a video on this that said 1.3x, it was a worguides video at the beginning but I might have misheard…. The title states 1.4 but he says 1.3, probably my short attention span. Off to do some testing with my mediocre gear. ;-)

@@fastidious_ggIts not at all a question of doubting your numbers, just a curiosity on my part since Marri kept her debufs 100% of the time up but I also tested a bit this morning and Nisalt is increasing my damage output. Now I just need to re work my team.

This definitely seems like a bug because no where in his kit does it say anything like this. I think moonton will probably fix this because of that.

absolutely not. I just used that to show off max damage with my gear. His abilities have nothing to do with the sets he and his allies are wearing.

@@fastidious_gg i did saw worGuides video that soulbound arcana stacks with other soulbound aranca users based on his explanation so it was pretty confusing. Also unfortunately he did not have non-nisalt run so i was not sure how much diff in damage nisalt buff do luckily you have one. it looks like replacing hex runs has around 3k diff like mine from 25k to 28k. i wish future feature where we can sacrifice gear to boost or replace a stat on the receiving gear so farming is less painful and my salazar has future soulbound friends

I don't know if you remember but i called it some days ago claiming nisalt was busted on guild boss. What i don't like is that you are overhyping him and they will nerf him for sure and it will ruin my boss runs 😂 Btw my first jump was from 6.5k to 22k! Now after two weeks and maxing him with samsara i can sit at 26-27k crazy stuff hope they don't nerf him
