Boost Recovery with this High-Protein, Low-Calorie Dessert!
All you need is:
🍌 1-2 ripe bananas for natural sweetness
🥄 A scoop of your favourite vanilla protein powder
🥛 A splash of your preferred milk
🍒 An array of toppings to customise your treat
🌀 And, of course, a blender to bring it all together

This is very versatile base recipe. Add some spinach and extra milk (I use almond) for a healthy breakfast smoothie on the go.

I break up my ripe bananas into pieces and store them in the freezer. I use about 1/2 a frozen banana and 1/2 cup of frozen blueberries with 1 cup of skim milk and 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder. Goes great after a 90 minute threshold workout.
