Hello sir i have a question When im recording with the internal microphone the noise cancelation doesn’t work its only work when i recording with my phone or camera ! I just want to know if this is normal ? Thanks

Noise cancellation should work either way. The blue light turns green on the mic when noise cancellation is on. There is also a button on the side where you can turn it on. If it doesn't allow you to turn it on I would try checking the transmitter unit to see what it is saying.
