Thank you so much for really diving into the damaging effects of sugar! I have been trying to reduce my sugar intake, but keep slipping thinking "its just 1 soda, will it really make that much difference or effect my fertility THAT much?" Thank you so much. You can do this! I am an ex sugar addict or maybe a recovering sugar addict? I used monk fruit sweetener to help me transition. I never thought I could go a day without sugar. It took educating myself on how toxic and aging it is to really make change. Maybe drink Zevia soda to help transition.

Doctor i am 39 year old and i have frozen 30 eggs from 5 different cycles ages 38-39, i have AMH on the lower end 0.76 ng and occasionally high FSH, i have had FSH 16.2 the highest , 12.9 the second highest and Estradiol at 113 with 9.5 FSH , and 29 last cycle with FSH 10.9. I also spot before my period now which only lasts 3 days , though it always lasted 3-4 days max , but i only have heavy flow on the first day. Do i stand with these 30 eggs? Will i get one healthy baby? I don't smoke , don't drink alcohol, and have completely cut caffeine for a year and a half though recently i felt like i needed to eat sugar. TIA

Dr. Is DHEA helps fertility or no?

DHEA is a powerful mother hormone that can convert to other hormones. It may convert to Testosterone which could screw up your cycles. You must first test your DHEA levels and if they are low have your doctor recommend a dosage amount for a short period of time like about 6 weeks. Please don't take it without testing levels first.

The doctors in Italy are used to prescribe 1 or maximal 2 mg of melatonine so I didn t know I could take even 3 mg per day 😀please can you tell me if I have to take it separately or in a single dose? I would like also to know about the 600 mg of ubiquinol…would it be better to assume ubiquinol once (600 mg) or twice ( 300mg + 300mg)daily? 🙏❤️

Isabella, your doctors might feel you need less. Ask them. You would take it as a single dose before sleep.

My Mom was adopted so I have no idea about my grandmother. My Mom stopped menstruating in her early 40s due pre-ovarian failure. I got my genes tested and I have the gene but my geneticist says there is no way of knowing if it will represent in me and cause pof or not. So I no idea when I'm going to go through menopause or if I'm going to have pof or not. There's a chance, but there's also a chance that I'm not. I'm 38 and trying to get pregnant but so far have had 1 miscarriage at 11 weeks due to chromosomal abnormality making the Baby not develop correctly, and 2 chemical pregnancies after that. All other months I don't conceive at all. But my cycles are perfect, and my hormones were tested and in the right levels. I'm not sure why I'm not successfully getting pregnant and am worried about menopause and pof.

Im 37 and same thing happened to me. I kept trying after my loss right away and the next 2 pregnancy were bligted ovums. Now since in October haven’t gotten pregnant. I have a friend younger than me that began using ovulation tests and she said she got it at the 8th try. Stay healthy, diet,meditate, and try acupuncture. I’ve heard it helps a lot. I’ve been doing acupuncture for a month now,

@@brendabenitez7359 I've been doing ovulation tests every month since March last year. So we know we are 🥰 on the right day. That's why I'm so concerned as to why if we keep on 🥰 on our fertile days we still aren't pregnant after a whole year.

Also, if your concerned your mom had ovarian failure try testing with your obgyn but regardless there are so many testimonies of women who with low ovarian reserve. Slow down the process by taking care of yourself, eating greens and dieting. How is your mental health? Sometimes we won’t understand why things are happening, it’s our journey, I often ask myself the same thing and I have to say to myself “it’s not over until God says so”. We were made to do this. In our own grief and anxiety we block our own fertility.

I’ve heard of many women with low AMH like yours getting pregnant on their own. I encourage you to look at the channel called “The Joy Journey”. She talks about this and how she conceived naturally twice having endometriosis, and low amh. She reiterates that those are nothing but numbers. She had 2 girls at 37 and 39. What a blessing! Keep your faith my friend. It’s not over until God says it is not doctors. 🙏 🤗

I agree. Many women conceive with low AMH. AMH numbers are important for IVF clinics because it helps them determine 1) if you are a good candidate for IVF and 2) how much stimulation drugs are needed. If your levels are too low they will recommend donor eggs. For our clients we help them assess (through intakes and testing ) what is the cause of their fertility issues. Ladies…please be vary of the advice given…why cant you be honest and talk about actual numbers instead of giving false hope or being overly optimistic about this.. honestly this succes may happen to about 1-2% cases but more often or not it wont…these “gurus” are just making money off of your views by propagating unrealsitic and overy optimistic views about this.
