over clocking is destroying the gpu, don't do this if you want your gpu to live longer! its making your gpu to run on 100% all the time, there is a reason why its set not to 100% on the first place.

This is wrong. GPUs are meant to run between 90 - 100% while gaming. The reason over clocking can be dangerous is because it will raise your temps and your power consumption. This can cause a blue screen of death if not properly done/understood. GPUs are almost always already running as good as they should at factory settings. No need to overclock. Undervolting is something everyone should know how to do properly as this can lower temps and power usage.

Monitors and PCs are different things. PC gives FPS, Monitors give Hertz (Hz) and resolution. Stronger the PC, the more FPS at higher resolutions you can run, but without a monitor to actually display it, you can't see it. Hz = max fps shown My laptop screen is 360 hz, so I have the ability to see up to 360 fps. If you have a 60 hz screen, then max is 60 fps.
