Misleading title, it is a good video on how to create a smart plan in chime/lofty, but it has nothing to say about how you boost the response rate. Hope it helps someone before they spent nearly 30 minutes waiting for information on how to boost a response rate. It is a decent email for basic smart plan setup. As for Auto-email/text vs normal Email/text - auto will auto send it, and normal will create a task in your task list for you to manually send it, and it has to be clicked off for task to be completed and next step in your smart plan to be initiated. Hope this helps someone.
