idk what goh is thinking it gives you cap and sk1 cd so it is still a really good set 5% aint much u can replace it with kong gun medal but i wont reccomend best medal set for klaw i believe is kong gun+dr law and doffy medal or kong gun+dr law+klaw/oni law in case u need more damage

If you don’t have that one then it won’t be a good set for runners, might as well use luffy sets with healing in capture but to answer your question you can use any paramount war tag medal to replace it, preferably a Whitebeard pirate depending on what unique trait you prefer

Atk+def, but there are quite a number of ignore defence metas out there so atk+hp will do as well. Atk is important as his healing power is based off his attack stat, def is for defence buff to make him tanky against any attack that doesn’t have ignore defence
