Congrats man! Love the fact you've given this Evo love! I miss mine but I needed a ute for my dirt bike.

Nice!. Is the injen a short route piping? I lnow they say if short route you need one of those small as hell batteries that I do not wanna use.
@BoostedFilms3 жыл бұрын
It’s not short route. Works fine with stock battery

@@BoostedFilms nice. I'll look into one for the VII. Oh, one thing on the shifter: I was having some similar stuff in the CB recently and noticed that the outer shift linkage to the box was slightly bent as well as was dry and seizing. So if you can find a way to get some penetrating lube or something thin viscosity to pressure spray into it, then push it back and forth and cleaning the crud that comes off the shaft, eventually it works better. Also, do the inside too and check especially that center on the cable that bolts for the UP/DOWN shifting... that plastic dry rots over time and can cause stuff too. U can use temporarily a valve stem cap with the end cut off to work there.

Are you aware of any companies that will take a stock Evo 9 turbo and modify it to make it better? Just looking for a streetcar stock like setup that's a little bit better than stock.
@BoostedFilms Жыл бұрын
Sounds like you want a Forced Performance turbo. FP71HTA, 18k, FP green.

What do you want to know about it?

How it can be used as a tool, like situations. Its capabilities or better alternatives.

I didn't realize how being an Evo owner you should hold your parts including OEM. I trashed my 9 struts that didn't ride bad at all. Zero rust. It makes me sad.

yea, no one really knew. And i don't blame you. stock suspension takes up a bit of space.
