Pretty cool to see someone do this swap. I haven't seen the other episodes, so forgive me if I'm asking something you've already answered, but what was the general cost behind this swap? I've been thinking about having a supercharger installed on my 5.7 Hemi Ram 1500 for more usable HP, but can't find anyone around me I'd trust to do the work properly. It would be interesting to see what numbers the HellRam puts down on the dyno, too. Thanks for sharing this one. Awesome truck, man.

So i'm curious with this... I wonder how difficult it would be to swap in the transmission/t-case set up from a Trackhawk/Durango Hellcat? Possibly the TRX? I know there would be an issue with the TH/DHC having IRS. Anyway, just thinking out loud. I've been looking at RCSB Rams with the thought of this swap, just need to keep the 4WD.

Since a 2017 Ram 1500 already has an 8 speed, how difficult would swapping in a Hellcat be? I haven't ever owned a Dodge product, but I found a blue RCSB one similar to the one you have. It obviously has the 5.7 but I am going to want to modify it with either a head, cam, forged 6.4 with a SC but really for what that would cost a Hellcat/Redeye from a wrecked car on E85, headers, exhaust, pullies, tune, intake, and ported SC would make close to or more than a forged 6.4 for possibly less money. Just curious if I'm way off base.

teflon tape or orange gluey stuff on leak, we used to use ultra blue an orange, teflon tape on carb lines etc..1987 and furtur up in time...it was my own fault as i barely crept forward an the huge blinker iron thing scraped my passenger door,an the guy holled one second two late,i was fine on drivers side,a day i should not havee left the house..dont know whether to trade sell or fix..its still beautiful........so mnay new an recent things...

The 90s shift harder because they do have more line pressure for firmer shifts and stuff for the performance side of what those vehicles are meant to do. The 70 isn't really put in performance vehicles. However my ram is custom tuned by jay greene and at WOT or close to it my truck definitely bangs the gears now and definitely didn't before

My 03 Durango has a 1 touch down driver's window. Probably the same switch that the last Era (same as my yr) door panels came with that you just got. Also, I wouldn't 3D print it but I def weld that spline to a plate w the 3 dogs to mate to the Hellcat window motor. The gears would chew up all but the best metal 3D printed part.

my on dakota r/t was like a show car ,maybe a 95,an i scraped passenger side door on a huge lowboy nearly sittin still,i am sick,an gotta talk to paint guy again,an a few little tiny spots of clear coming off after a year etc, his guys gave an estimate of another door, paint , clear etc etc..still very fast, just passenger door an a few clear coat spots bubbled up, not posed to happen so damn soon.................im in jackson, ga 30233 come see me before i kick the bucket am extremely depressed...........
