I talk to my cells and my body ALL the time! I cheer them on, I ask for advice on what to feed them or what supplements to take, I send them love every day. When there is an ailment or boo-boo, I ask for their countenance and if there is a message for me. I do NOT run to a doctor. (Unless there is a broken bone.) I do NOT take any Big Pharma medications. I use alternative treatments like food, herbs, essential oils, chiropractic care, acupuncture, crystals, oracle cards, etc. One MUST listen to their body! We've been taught by the cabal and the elites that it's wrong to do so, that it's harmful. That is so far from the truth!! Having been a dancer in my youth, I'm used to listening to my body and knowing when it's off.

Never ever experienced anything like it before in 62 years! First time for a broken bone I guess. Have to rest and not push body now. Apologized to my physical vessel for the accident. Much love and appreciation to you, Blossom, Joe and FOL. ❤ In 2001, I met a woman from Colorado who told me how she healed herself from breast cancer within a few weeks. She stayed out of fear, acknowledging that the situation would be a profound teacher for her, and she embraced the cancer as her guru. She spent time in meditation each day with her hand over the affected area, filling it with love and gratitude. She knew that once she learned what it offered she would be free of it, which is what happened. I have shared her story with many people over the years. 🕉🌺 Whenever I injure myself in any way or experience pain, I immediately say "I love you" to the sore spot. Usually the discomfort vanishes quickly, all healed. After a shower, while applying moisturizer I tell each body part that I love it and why I love it.

I wish to tell this not fo bragging only to give hope to those up in years. I am a young 80. I hVe never been concerned with age. I have always felt I was young. I studied nutrition and ate veg fir 40 years. Have not been ti doctor fir 59 years. Gid and I work I my body. I do have some problems karmic but have worked on them for years. I walk 1 miles everyday. No problems. I send love to my body every day. It has not been an easy rode but we have made it. I believe j will make my Svensson this time around and federation if light has helped ne a lot. Just be happy. Let the body no u stand behind jt just like tge fed stands behind us. Each to their own energy and place on the road. Would suggest most not forgetting their inner job that needs to be done as in ego/shadow work. I've also asked for a lot more patience.
