Boosteroid 4K ULTRA Tier | FIRST LOOK!

Boosteroid has started to rollout 4K servers. They have started in certain areas of the EU first. The problem is that American servers will be coming later so I have no access to them at the moment. The channel Cloud Gaming France has been nice enough to let us use some of his footage for a first look at the new 4K tier.

How's the latency?

@@zeraton2555 unfortunately not as good, the distance from their headquarters to S.Africa is vast so I experience latency issues, but out of all the streaming services I've used, boosteroid gave me a better service and really long play time... Also, I generally play No Man's Sky, it's a pretty easy-paced game, so I'm happy with what got. Nvidia Geforce now, I heard it's great but it's forever sold out, so that's it the window and it costs more in my country than other places.

Boosteriod 4K is good, i can finally play maxed out graphics, performance is actually better than previous tier, hidden benefit games load extremely fast. at this tier the game looks like is running natively on my system. i switched the resolutions back and forth and it finally looks like its a 2024 game. i can not see me going back.

The test from the french youtuber in the video was done on a server in Marseille which is really close to italy, so probably really soon

@CloudGamingBattle that's really cool. So the only difference will be the stream higher resolution and fps. The performance would be the same. If that's the case then these cards are not enough for 4k60fps in most new AAA games

@CloudGamingBattle I'm testing that. Hogwarts legacy 1080p ultra no upscaling no rt, high 80s with some 70 dips. With quality upscaling it will jump to high 90s. That's not enough for 4k60
