Create Your First PHP Project using XAMPP and Visual Studio Code 2021

How to run PHP files using Visual Studio Code (VS Code) and XAMPP.
Steps:
1) Create the first PHP file using Visual Studio Code in the htdocs folder of XAMPP.
2) Create a folder inside htdocs using vscode, then create index.php.

Xampp needs to work. You need to change xampp to a different port. You are probably on the same port as another program. Set your system path as well.
