BOOT SALE BOLOs and Bad Decisions.... and SHOCKING blind bags

I was up against it at the boot sales today. There were a few on in the area and I had to chose which ones to hit.
I bought a fair bit, some good and some not so good.
I had an argument with another reseller and bought blind bags of stuff hoping to resell it on ebay.

I know some steer clear of crockery but those ceramic tea/coffee/sugar jars next to the Duff glass go for 20+ as a set. Not bad return if you could get them £1 each

Yeah that bloke was an arse, pretty obvious he was just being spiteful. And it's not like he's looking things up himself and making sure he's paying stall holders ebay prices. I've had the same thing in a charity shop before, was at counter and someone saying you're getting a good deal there, they go for loads on ebay, I just said it's irrelevant, I'm not selling it. Worst was paying for a vintage Tshirt and someone literally offered person at till more money. Got outside and then he tried to buy it off me - I basically said I may have considered it if you weren't a complete xxxx inside.

Nice pick ups but I'd be more proactive with your bartering. Most sellers are expecting you to knock them down a bit. Tenner dot the monopoly seems too much and you probably xould have got it for a fiver
