Hello, I have model K2401 and I'm wondering about battery draining, everytime I restart it resets date & time, brightness and floating button settings so, is there a way to completely shut it down to avoid battery drain and keep those parameters set? I don't know if there is a cabling issue, CANbus issue or my head unit is deffective. Radio presets configuration are saved even after rebooting the system, but the other three settings are reset. Any idea what could be the problem?
