heap? stack? hmph, you youngins and your confangled terminology. back in my day when i walked to work in the snow under no less than 5Bar of pressure and in 2 dimensions (we didnt have 3 back then), my coworkers and I would manually hole punch each bit on an index card and feed it into the computer by hand. if we were careful enough we could staple the cards together and feed them in a chain (we bent the staples with our fingers like REAL men) buncha quiche eaters
