Most uk drill artists cover their face and some have signature masks because they talking about real crimes and dead people. Also some uk rappers have been banned from rapping about certain stuff or just rapping in general because of stuff they did. For example one of the two gangs who started uk drill is called 67. The most well known rapper from 67 was called scribz but got banned from making drill music because of the stuff he did so he started to wear a mask that now everyone who knows him knows him by the mask and he changed his name to LD. This way he was able to start rapping about the stuff he did again because he couldn’t be linked to it.

They usually put this is purely entertainment disclaimers at the start of the video as a way to try and stop their videos being taken down or having their lyrics used in court against them even when they’re very obviously true

When it comes to honesty in music i feel like sometimes it matters bc it influences culture and society. Especially for younger ppl who try to copy they fav artist and seek external validation. When it comes to adults tho, i agree that honesty don't really matter cuz we're able to think for ourselves and not do the stupid shit we hear in some music. W reaction!🔥
