Every time I watch this scene I think of how there's no way Brennan would carry a skull like that without proper protection given how likely it is that she would end up "compromising the remains"

when she didn't work with the FBI she didn't wear gloves because the remains were ancient and their was no need to find a murderer, it was seen in the flashback episode about when they first met.

Yeah, it's called "sometimes the writers and/or show runners have to fudge with reality to fit a narrative story line." Obviously, in real life, a genius wouldn't be the stupid unless the remains were "planted" nefariously.

I forgot why I enjoyed this show so much. The first few seasons were great, before they stated introducing all the far-fetched cases and weird Ironman technology. And Brennan was actually smart and competent, not just an arrogant brat like in the later seasons.

I really liked it in the beginning but then the writers got a little to desparate and ridiculous in the later seasons. It wasn't really believable anymore. They killed off too many good characters.

@@lauradufresne6628 I dont like the arrogance he showed to every one who is different from him. Not even the whole team but Bones too. A person who at least need his protection and is much more intelligent than him. In addition he ignored his own weaknesses to a point its not even funny anymore. Overall I really hated this charakter. But I watched the whole show 3 times. And Booth was one reason.. or his actor to be true. Because I love how he played this charakter. You can say I love to hate Booth.. if that makes any sense.

@@TubetakerBHV you have some really good points. But I think that's what makes him a compelling character. Because he has faults, Because he ignores his problems. He's not a straight laced good guy. He can make bad decisions. But in the end, all his bravado, and arrogance just hides his insecurities and his PTSD. And the one thing that matters to him is family.
