Boothbay and Boothbay Harbor are separate towns but it's not the same as the Boothbay Harbor I grew up in. A lot has changed and no true self respecting Mainer would make a "clam chowder" that thick.

Its called Booth bay Harbor, the Town of Boothbay is further inland. A piece of local info is that they have an historic rivalry and calling the harbor after just Boothbay is insulting to some in Boothbay Harbor.

@@GROVELAND FYI the Tugboat Inn even worse, across the harbor is carousel marina that is very nice and food very good, also even the fishermans wharf on pier 6 and 7 have great food. Ports lf Italy have two locations however the one on commercial street is very expensive. Betts fish n chips is at the roundabout on route 27 in way to boothbay harbor and the best in the area, in case youre ever here again.

Nice video, good exposure of the area. There is something wrong with your camera. It doesn't maintain focus when shifting landscape and scenery sometimes. Too bad because you have some great footage.

Tugboat restaurant is not any better to be honest…we wanted to go else but got lazy after the whale 🐳 tour and just went there and 🤢 never again.
