Being from the UK, knowing Blaze released the Neo Geo X your video last week about the Evercade VS and what that would be - whether Blaze has the license for the docking system for a portable. I would think that around the time of the Neo Geo X, I would assume companies like Blaze and Atgames at earlier times used Chinese companies in regards to the technology - I remember having a Blaze branded Megadrive portable that was identical to Atgames. So I think they are not linked directly, but have been employed in the past in the manufacture of previous Blaze products

Imagine if we could get a neogeo fan over there to the factory in China and convince them to make a clean cart without hacks and with more or less the whole library + bonus stuff like Samsho Perfect and the mvs version of Ironclad that was extracted from the wiiware release, now that would be sweet. Keep on doing vids on bootleg stuff, it's fascinating.

It’s true one of my buddies is based in Shenzhen . They make knock offs of everything as well as legitimate products. All you need to do is to go to the flea markets and ask if you after something . Some sellers will even be open about disclosing the quality of their knock offs because they only care about money.

Just got my childhood dream Neo Geo AES and a Fusion adaptor. This video could not have been better timed! I'll definitely check it out! Also about the rant at the end: I pity those that don't understand how good it feels to plug, setup, insert a cart, and pick up the og controller to have the og intended experience. Blaze distributed the neo geo X in the UK and Europe. That company was liquidated and the the blaze doing the evercade seems to have come out of its ashes. It’s weird

Bro when I went to Japan I bought a few Neo Geo AES carts and this dude that I was on the trip with said to me "you know you can play them on emulator, right?" His girlfriend looked at him and said "You know people like to collect things when they have a good paying job, right?" She was pretty cool, me and her went out for drinks later that night and she told me he had no job and he was a bum living off her. Keep collecting and playing on what you love!

I got to buy a copy of Samurai Shodown V Perfect from Blazepro. Cart still works, but I seldom play it because the carts aren't made with proper 5v logic in mind. Which is why if possible, I just make my own bootlegs, using pre-existing bootleg carts that use official SNK boards.

Saw another KZbin video where some commenters were saying that these bootlegs have voltage issues and can damage your system or cart over time. Supposedly they say these use 3.3v instead of 5v. Don't know If it's true wish someone would truly test that out.

I can't believe anyone wastes time playing video games when theres ball in a cup? You just toss the ball, catch it in the cup, dump it out of the cup, toss it, and catch it in the cup again. The ball is on a string and attached to the cup, so theres no worry if you dont catch the ball in the cup. And clean up is as easy as catching a ball, in a cup. So why spend another day not catching a ball in a cup when you can be catching a ball in a cup?

Haven't found them. Or they make mvs to aes conversion but they are also very expensive. Best you can do is buy an AES to MVS adapter for your AES.

Very very cool bro. I just got my NeoGeo MVS CBox in and Honestly, I love it and this is a great option for me to play and own some of the more pricier carts. I want to own some official ones too, but this is still great. I emulate NeoGeo, have bought the ps2, ps4, rereleases but like you say, it's about dem options and I really like playing it on official hardware etc.

I think the number on the label is not the serial number but, code name for the game. If you do the check cart option it should give code name number as well as if the chips are good or so I believe.

Blaze IP ltd who distributed the Neo Geo X in the EU is based in the UK. Blaze Entertainment who manufactured the Evercade is based in the UK. BlazePro is indeed Chinese. They are based in Honkong. All three are independent from each other.

You dont understand what I am saying. Blaze is yeah based out there, just like say Hyperkin is based in California... They all have their Chinese, Shenzhen, Hong Kong based counterparts who do at least manufacturing. But also a lot of times are also heavily on the side of development. Blaze doesnt manufacture anything themselves... Everyone of these companies have their ties to the Chinese companies... Obviously. *And yes posting links gets marked as spam.

The two UK companies were founded in 2008 and 2009. This is what makes me doubt that these UK based companies are affiliated with the one from Hong Kong. And it doesn't seem that the two UK companies were founded by someone from China.

Now...be prepared to spend well over a grand for a decent one. I think it goes without saying, mine are not for sale.
