They actually clean up like crazy afterwords. Mosport wouldn't allow them to continue this festival every year if the volunteers and folks didn't do a mad cleanup afterwords. They have huge zamboni like machines that sweep the fields to pickup litter, and then they go over it in person. It's impressive.

i went by today, im a neighbor and the have everything pretty much cleaned up! all the stages are down and every thing its just tent camping hasn't been cleaned up yet, its a shit show haha
