That's actually how you're supposed to land on a carrier since there arent any cables or a plane with a hook in the game that's the closest to irl that you can get. Carrier landings are rough cause you get yanked and I mean just yeeted into the bottom of your seat when you catch and come to a stop.

The jones cartel wroge their own fate. There is going to be big political pressure back in Los Santos for the violence to end on the island. Now a US Marine MP has been seriusly wounded and the family wants answers. This guy in custody exposed the operations at the mansion. Everyone is looking for a big win and a big multi agency takedown of Mr. Jones while leaving the fields and basic infrastructure of the orginization intact is the perfect feel good operation they can parade in the press and call it a job well done and go home. It will be up to others like Mr. Smith to run a more low key operation. Chop off the head and many more can appear. Just as in real life we will see how the chaos of eliminating a top player will bring. The henchman who would not shut up brought it down on them 🤣🤣🤣

Well, you can check people landing at the airport and going from the inner island towards the airport at your checkpoint. Once your military characters enter the interior island, you've invaded a sovereign nation.
