This is a solid 400+ step dance in about 3 1/2 minutes! This is one of my Fitbit favorites now.

When you do the tutorial and come back here, it doesn’t seem as fast. But! This is cardio for sure😅

@boinkye No. It's fast no matter how many times you do it. Not a beginner dance.

This is NOT a beginner level. High Class is Intermediate and it is much easier. Way too fast for beginners and the footwork is Improver level.

Hey Eileen! I agree. I think I'd put it at a high Improver. I think High Class would be an Improver as well. Thanks!
