Bootstrapping and raising capital from acredited investrs both have their pros and cons. This panel will help address some questions founders typically contemplate to help them decide which route to take, such as:
- Will you start making money right away? If yes then bootstrapping may be a better option.
- Have you saved enough to live on and fund your business? Or will your partner support you?
- Are you still working another job full-time or part-time?
- If you do raise capital, do you have a good use of the funds earmarked and understood?
- Can you bootstrap until you are ready to raise?
