I like the coding week/marketing week approach because it's too easy to just postpone and procrastinate on marketing otherwise

It is spectacular that you manage this with just your own work! It's especially impressive considering that this trajectory looks almost on par with Silicon Valley's B2B SaaS unicorns which are obviously not bootstrapped. Thank you for sharing!

Thank you! I needed this. Although, It´s been only 2 months since I launched, and despite being lightyears away from where you are in your journey. I felt very identified with it. Thanks for sharing this. Best of success.

I'm a 24 yr startup founder from Mumbai, India. Thank you so much for sharing your story and delivering great value :) It's really inspiring and reassuring to learn about the initial days of a startup/company. Most founders might hesitate to talk about the first $0 MRR months, but I think that transparency definitely sets a more realistic story behind your startup and it's founder. P.S: I'm running a 1-man show right now, but I always refer to the company/team as "We" :)

Wow.. came across your channel and 5min into the video, I am inspired by your saas journey. I m exactly on the same path where I reached high on the corporate ladder but then became bored with some nonsense agendas. I have developed a few apps and still making under $100 MRR. Agreed that there is not much pressure if you got a long runway prepared for. Keep up the momentum

Hi There! Is there a way of getting in touch with you? I've worked in the past on something that might be a nice additional endpoint to your API. It's worthless for me now, so I'd like to just share it with you in case you find it useful! Just in case you receive a lot of spam, here's what it does in a nutshell: given the dimensions of an object in a picture, the script adds a human silhouette in order to provide a sense of scale. It was used by a furniture company on Amazon.

What resources do you recommend to learn marketing? Some specific book or something that helped you? I like the concept of marketing week and coding week, at what stage in the startup do you start with marketing? How long have you come with the product before starting marketing or is it from the beginning?

Hello Jon! i noticed that you were had a lot of digital product experience! How technical do you have to be to start a Saas company? (Were you able to bootstrap with low code tools such as bubble etc?) I too am a founder of my own startup in Singapore in the b2c space for services! Would it be okay if we connect to ask you some questions on KPI etc for starting a consumer and product focused company? (:
