Im literally so confused. Bailey basically just did a solo surgery with the Assistance of geroge but yet she was only a first year resident?!?! When the other characters were residents, the never did solo surgeries

i never understood why bailey could do surgeries by herself as a resident, when mer and cristina and alex became residents, they didn’t do solo surgeries into the very end of their residency (and even then it was scarce to do a solo surgery with no attending involved)

I do theatre, before EVERY audition my mother or one of my family members has to tell me to “break a leg” in person is always best but over the phone is fine. If I don’t have someone from my family tell me to “Break a leg!” for some reason I ruin my audition. I went to three audition back to back and didn’t have anyone say to “Break a leg!” And to say the least it was one of worst experiences of my life, I hated every moment of each audition and I didn’t get cast at all. I got callbacks for each as the lead but I bombed out. I almost quit and I told my mom that I wanted to stop but then my mother pointed out the “break a leg!” Juju thing and we started looking through ALL my past auditions and I can remember each person who said “break a leg!” To me before each audition. And from then on at least one of my family knows about an audition and tells me “break a leg!” I haven’t yet not been cast in a show if the juju has been obeyed.
