It only struck me a few days ago, as I was rewatching the first few seasons, that Izzie is wearing the sweater she made for Denny the whole time.

She **was** great. Her character is downright infuriating now 🥴 I actually wish they'd write her off now 🫣

I love the moment where Bailey takes the spoon. Izzie knew she was in free fall mode. She knew she needed to stop baking but she couldn’t. It was a trauma response. A coping mechanism. “You couldn’t have stopped you, but I could.”

That guy is wrong. You can't control kids, or anybody. You can't make them do what you want, that's not the job if the parent. Your job is to teach them, guide them, show them, but you can't force anyone to make the right choice.

Callie really tried to be there for her and she Izzie does the unthinkable to her. I hate the character assassination
@Book_Dragon25623 жыл бұрын
I didn’t feel that it was character assassination. On the contrary, for me, it was interesting to watch Izzie struggle between her idea of who she was and the reality of what she was doing. She had so much judgment for anyone who didn’t live up to her moral code and then there she was betraying it. I think she had to convince herself she was in love with George because that was the only “reason” she could live with. It was obvious to me that Izzie’s trauma, mixed with her habit of blurring lines, and her insecurity of being replaced created that situation. And both Callie and George played their parts. There were no innocent victims. Everyone contributed.

@@Book_Dragon2562 I like this interpretation.. that nuance doesn’t come across as clearly in the writing/acting though. Dunno.

. Primeira vez que Bailey vai na casa de Meredith .primeira vez que Bailey tem algum tipo de "compaixão" vamos dizer assim, com um interno, já que ela sempre se mostrava durona, mas a maternidade deixou ela mole kkk
