One thing I would really like to see in the next update is the possibility to have post-it style handwritten annotation in pdfs. This would be expecially useful to people using your products for doing math. For example I am actually studying a math paper and I would really like to make longer annotation and sketch down some formulas to see if I am getting to understand correctly. The new page function is also great but I think this extra feature I am mentioning could provide a substantial ease while working with this kind of stuff. Thanks :)

Nice enhancements. One thing I wish you would've added, is more control over the colors in sketch functionality. I would like to be able to choose my own color palette or change the opacity of colors so they can be blended, thus creating a more useful sketchbook function.

I'm seriously considering buying one but have seen so many complaints about the customer service being horrendous. Not to mention the claims about the screen breaking only days after use or dead pixels. Have you had any experience with their customer service? Also I see its been 7 months since this comment, would you still recommend them for a psychology student pursuing their major? Money is tight so I can't afford to make a bad financial decision when it comes to a device.

Great video! Honestly, I feel I can share this video with friends, and they would understand the power of a boox! I would love to see the option to insert an image into a PDF. Currently, notes have that feature, but it's time-consuming to import the image into notes, copy it with the lasso tool, and then go to the pdf, activate the lasso tool, and then paste it onto the pdf. Also, facilitating the copy and paste would be great (like having a submenu when a feature is selected).

Please add an option to copy pages in a pdf, not just add a blank page. The copy option is only available for blank pages. I would like to simply copy an existing page and add it to the pdf as well as be able to change the order of the pages please! I really need this for my note taking! Also would be nice if neoreader were an app with its own icon.

Why can’t other recent models can’t enjoy some new features too! I bought the tab ultra c when it first launched but just after a few months, the tab ultra c pro already came out! is even less than a year! I pay so much for the tab ultra c and it is still a very new model but can’t even enjoy all the new features 😅 really would like to have flexible screen split function and able to import system fonts

In NeoReader, please bring copy/paste out of submenu so easier to get to in one click after lasso-ing annotations. Too cumbersome to have to click the AI menu again to re tap the Lasso menu item.

Text to speech should also work in the background, while the screen is off, as you might not need to read whilst listening. And could also include a timer to stop it automatically at a given time.

Your new features improve more and more my professional working with the Boox. Thank you, it's appreciated. I just receive the UltraTabProC to replace the fine first UltraTabPro. Just one bad experience with an accessory. The keyboard cover of the UltraTabPro don't stay in good shape. Many parts are broken (on the side and the magnet). The material you use is very bad for a mid-term mobility use (and I don't speak of long-term). A cover at this price ruined in less than a year !!! So I don't buy the keyboard cover with the new device. It will be less productive to use a BT keyboard but at 150usd, you must change your keyboard cover conception. Also, I hate the trifold cover. The device never stay in place, it's drop in few seconds. Please make a two fold cover, this kind of model are more stable on desk or on lap.

Great features! One more thing I really wish for a long time: If you highlight something, I would love to have a handwritten note and not only with the keyboard (although you can have handwriting recognition, but I would love to have handwritten notes aswell)

We need a 13-inch tablet but in color. I don't believe they can't do it now, seeing that they can do things separately. Color only at 10 inches when there are already 13-inch Boox. After buying the Nova Air 2 Plus a year ago, I will not buy another Boox until the definitive, large, color device comes out. Thanks for understanding.

Have had ereaders of most brands on the market. Bad experience with Boox reader. Screen cracked too easily. Ridiculous replacement cost. Looked it up and realize I’m not the only one. Will not buy Boox ever again.

Here are a few suggestions: (1) Installing fonts on my Air 2 Plus wasn't difficult-that is, creating a Fonts folder and dropping in fonts-however, the same process doesn't work on my Tab Ultra C. I would like the options to use my favorite fonts. (2) A stamp tool in notes and PDF reader would be nice to stamp mini forms, logos, or signatures. (3) I notice that on my Air 2 when I write in Notes, what I write immediately appears as it will be; however, on the Tab Ultra C, a few moments pass before I see the final result. I tried fiddling with the settings but no luck. I would like to see this fixed. (4) I would love to see a feature where one can do a screen clipping and immediately insert it in a notebook. It's a bit cumbersome to go off looking into the screenshots folder. (5) It would be nice to be able to customize the pen colors. (6) I would be nice to have more functionality with respect to tags (more tags and tag combinations using Boolean selections). I absolutely love these devices and have started incorporating them in my work and research. Thanks!!

Please please please add double tap to text in notes app. It’s is so painful fixing a block of translated handwriting - re adding line breaks and extra line breaks to make room for notes etc. dream functionality would be write something, double tap and it converts and sits in a position that reflects the bottom left point of origin for where the handwriting started.

I heard of a, not mentioned, update feature. That is that hyperlinks get a "box" around them. Which makes it hard for hyperlinked PDF documents/organizers/planners. Can this feature be toggled of or at least make it possible to toggle this off? Another question: is it possible to place hyperlinks in NeoReader to Notes?

Please add an option to completely disable all text highlighting in the Reader, I'm reading books, accidentally tap my finger on the screen and for a few seconds the interface freezes, then text highlighting appears. It's very annoying, I don't need it, but there is no option to disable it. Fix it! (Note air3 C Ver 3.5_c01e01b3d)

Hello, typically, the device will recognize a long press as an intent to highlight/underline. You can disable the Click / Long Press feature in Gestures in the top menu of a book.

I got a Boox Tab Ultra C pro and the Keyboard cover. I would like to have the functionality to keep the screen layout in portrait mode and keep taking notes by hand even when the keyboard is connected. Currently I have to take the tab from the case to take notes.

My experience with the BOOX Tab Ultra C Pro have been amazing, almost everything's just right - but at the same time there's been some minor bugs that, in time, gotten to me the more I see it, I've heard that it'd be fixed in the following update (specifically the mouse cursor bug), and I only don't know when.

Hi, I tested it out abit more and I seem to have been mistaken, I'm not tech savvy enough to pinpoint the problem but it seems to be related to the Airplane mode's interaction with the BOOX Tab Ultra C Pro's Stylus Pen. Edit: When I left the tablet idling for sometime and it goes into a kind of mode that's not sleeping nor awake, and when I "wake" it up with the Stylus Pen the mouse cursor pops up for a split second. So it's either the Airplane mode, or this, or maybe a mix of two?
