Hey @Boozor, this may be my first YT comment ever, but I just wanted to thank you for going through my account and providing a second opinion on my account and progress. I do fully admit im not the most disciplined with my resources (including wallet), and as a newer player I havent grasped the fusion schedules to complete the fusion. I'll def look to improve on Faction Wars, conserving resources, farming spider for better accessories, and focusing on the tangible area's of the game that are achievable with my current roster. You're the man!

I spent more than you but after 3+ years I buy the Monthly Gem pack for $10 and Some of the Forge Passes. That’s where your best “Value” is. I still spend “on a Budget” But NOWHERE like I used to. I would also recommend joining a GOOD Clan. One that Helps everyone~ not just themselves And watch these videos. There’s 7~10 content Creators that I watch ~ do that to help make a EDUCATED DECISION not just blindly follow them GL

Highly agree with you. Love to see this crazy spending and they have zero clue about how to play. I am a low spender but didn’t start spending until 3 months in. I buy monthly gem pack, forge pass. 2 best values in the game.

Hey I have Odin he's crazy but I haven't thought about that use case for him, how many turn/time does it take you to complete spider with him? Because right now I use Artak with Stokk, 20 turns but it's not solo if Odin can solo it in about the same number of turn it's interesting lol

@ np, imo you have plenty of champs to build. If you get the silver and accessories you’ll be able to roll your gear up on champs. But your account needs gear, to be fair it always will. You have a lot of naked champs, if you get them geared you’ll start progressing. You account is going to be starved for gear from a volume stand point. You look like you spend money on shards, but I see people who pull champs and still can’t progress or compete in this game. This game is 50% champs 50% gear. Boozer talked about pvp, do not ignore it. PvP makes you progress in PVE and vice versa. Ignore one the other will suffer. Th fastest catch up mechanic in this game for new players is pvp. The stat bloat you get from great halls, and area bonus, and reg arena 22/22/22% for G5 changes everything. Until you get the gear, pvp can make a new okish account tackle end game content quickly.

@@ShooterMcGavin__ Yeah most of what I spent was on void shards and blessings, the 6-star Ninja blessing was during a 2x void shard tourny so I kinda went in. I also got Odin from either another shard pulling, or blessing event. Either way, thats where the bulk of the spending has gone outside of (2) season passes. I do do alot of research and try to come up with jank ways to get over hurdles. Right now UNM has me scratching my head but I realize its like a gear thing. I look at the epic teams that were able to 1-key UNM and can only imagine the thought that went into the builds.

@@sideflip4357 UNM CB is super important luckily about twice a year RSL will give us a fusion that pretty much unlocks UNM CB. The next fusion paired with your ninja will give you the firepower to 2 key easy imo. It’s the proper supports and gear will tilt the scales in your favor. Toragi may be an epic, but for CB he’s really a leggo in an epic skin. For PvP work on those arbiter missions, her and your Odin can make a fierce go first speed team to help you farm arena, a key 3v3 team, and go first is meta in low level LA. I have spent a bit less than you over 2 years, If I were you and you want to spend, energy would be my route. You can live in dungeons for a month or two and you’ll be in a much better spot imo. Before you start rolling gear make sure you have a good understanding of what is good gear and what is trash. Boozor has a lot of great gear rolling vids, he is much more strict because of his progression than you. But the theory is the same.

It's incredibly common, perhaps the MOST common mistake I've seen with this account and many in my own cluster is wasting so many resources on ascending people to level 50 and having dozens of ascended 5 star 50s doing nothing. I wouldn't spend any resource on ascensions at all until they are 6 star and you've identified where you're going to use them. Ascensions on epics and legendaries are hugely resource intensive and you'll be wasting countless hours and energy needlessly farming potion keeps. One of the main reasons everyone suggests getting your starter RARE to 60 first regardless of who you obtain early game is because it's so cheap to get them ascended in comparison to legos and epics.

That, and the starter rare is useful through most of the game. Even end game you can make use of them in Secret Rooms, Cursed City and Faction Wars, and early to mid-game you're probably using them in most if not all of your teams just cuz all of them can work almost anywhere. So not only is it a fairly cheap investment, its an investment that'll probably last you at least a couple years if not more.

The thing is: $2000 will get you 100 sacreds. If you hit gold at 25 sacreds (which happens to me quite often) you get 4 Legos for this amount of money. And it can be legos like Elegaius or Pixniel. So $2000 is really nothing in Raid especially if someone is quite unlucky. Even if there are better ways to spend the cash.

Anyone who tries to use the optimiser, please don’t be like me, watch a guide first and then tweak the gear on your account. I also got better results doing the stats for the champs manually one by one.

If you’re doing a speed tune, you should double check the “true speed” as it can get thrown off via set bonuses, masteries, and area bonuses. Deadwood Jedi’s setup has a more in depth explanation. I screwed mine up a couple of times, but it is worth the effort and resources to get it set up. Hope that helps.

skraank in that team would not be a buff if the spiders are dead they dnt tick damage, ninja activates the hp burns on placements activating them to cause damage to the main spider so i think he chose well with ninja.

You're not the only one in a similar boat! My dad's been playing over two years, I've been playing a year and a half-ish, and he's been surprised by how quickly I caught up to him in many ways. But most of these strategies that Boozor and other content creators teach aren't like, intuitive with how many people play games, so if you're like him and haven't been watching content creators since Day 1 (when I basically have been), yeah you're gonna be slower in terms of general progression. Chances are good tho, as you apply more of these strategies and start getting better gear and things, you'll catch right up to where you 'should' be. So don't feel too bad. You just didn't know how the game expects you to operate, like most people jumping into a game for the first time. And hey, at least you're beating UNM! My clan's too small to beat NM rn, so while Dad and I have been doing our best to hoard resources for these past few months, it's been rough lol. You'll probably find you can accumalate shards pretty quickly now, if you start hoarding.
