In my LR Defender 110 TD5 i have two sleeping options, inside and in roof top tent. And tbh, after first period of excitement i prefer sleeping inside of my car, mostly because of wind noise and problems with setting it down in low temperatures. I prefer sleeping inside and my lady prefers rooftop tent, even in -20c temperatures, with help of eberspacher heater. Love your defender content and looking forward for some trip movies.

Looks sick, a little ply platform at the front on the rack would be sweet so you can use a stove up there and cook whilst in the tent, also if you fit a leisure battery in the car you could wire an electric blanket up to the tent 👌
