Ahh!! makes me feel homesick. The relaxed lifestyle with its simplicity that I yearn for now. The mouth watering fresh fish and the island way of cooking in a care free part of the world. Guess I can't take the island way of life out of me even though I left the island 40 years ago.

this food MUST be delicios, because its cooked by three relaxed and happy men! what a Paradise in my eyes! 😊🎈 This was great *SLICE*, just the sound of Nature and the talking voices is so calming - had a hard working day, now i feel Joy and i am hungry!

❤ Tahitians, their my favourite Polynesians. ❤ their songs and dances, their band called "New Generation " was a hit in PNG in the late 90's. They even came and performed at Port Moresby 💃🌺🌴

This is close to arabic cooking of Shuwa, which is cooked underground as well but the Arab put a lot of spicies on the meat.. Shuwa usually cooked during Eid after Ramadan..
