@@mechanical_plant I was there! the story is that those 2 were actually at TH's first out-of-Michigan gig (Maybe Cleveland? can't remember where they said) But they were basically the only 2 there and went to any gig remotely close after to. So they made sure to get to the last show where she then proposed.

You know, I really miss this band. I'm sad that I fell in love with this band too late, years after a supposed hiatus. It's kind of bittersweet to watch these old videos and know that they've kind of disappeared. The closest Tally Hall's fandom ever got to seeing them again was Rob Cantor's Shia Lebouff song. This group's music was an amazing adventure of strange tales and strage melodies, emotions and ideas formed into songs that stick in your mind long after hearing them. I'll definitely be listening to Tally Hall's music in years to come.

The Boralogues were definitely an experience. Though I just recently discovered Tally Hall I am absolutely in love with their music and other media they've made. It seemed like such a fun and adventurous time. Much love!

I first got to see them in Columbus, OH for my 18th bday back in 2006. My older Brother and Sister took me down to see them. Opened for FastBall of all bands. There were very few people at this Bar. So they talked with us for like an hour. Rob and my sister were both studying microbiology, so they connected and just talked science at the bar for a while. And I swear, these guys remembered everyone. Might take them a second, but even at this final show. Talking with rob, he was like "Oh right! Hey, how is your sister and her studies?!" And not in a creepy way. Just legit scientist to scientist.
