Ah Nevin, lov your skills tips and cooking skills. But come on, who really is going to do that to lovable mash... 'green' ffs , kids will need counselling after eating this. Meat looked and cooked to perfection. . Bacon is an irish staple all right, but leeks and green mash is ripping the pi** outta it . What was wrong with creamy mash, cabbage, leeks, mushy peas, parsley sauce or gravy. Keep it real, or you'll loose that touch of Irishness or perhaps Irish finesse about you.
