Africa never drives to perfection. How in the world are they allowing traders to choke the streets and the pavements or shoulders around the roads? The cumulative effect is the unimaginable traffic jams and long delays travelling from one point to the other. Safety is the least of their worries. How can you allow four people to sit on one motorcycle wearing no helmets? Madness!

Truly amazing journey Ludo Liu! I often wonder how do you know where to go especially when you’re driving thru those muddy areas? Are you using GPS? The fast motion moments gave me quite a jolt! 😂 You’ve got a lot of stamina to travel so far in one day. I’m glad you made it to the hotel safe. Seems like I remember that hotel from another one of your travels. Stay safe! Looking forward to the next video! 🙏🏾

Exactly, yes i stayed in that hotel during a previous trip, you have a good memory. It is nice and cheap (9500 CFA the night). That ride is very long, but i am kind of used to it, cause i crossed that border lots of time now. i don't use a GPS here, but in some cases when i don't know the road, i'll help myself with google map.... thanks a lot for being here and once more supporting this work. please feel free to share that video on your social network to help it reach more people

From the start I knew I was in for a great ride! A short ride in the rain is refreshing, but a long ride in the rain is not fun. I imagine washing your feet with fresh rainwater, as the young woman was doing, is soothing. It was so uplifting to see enterprising young boys repairing your flat tire (although concerned that they were not in school - maybe it was the weekend?) Nice stop on the beach front. Enjoyed the seaside view on the left with palm trees. Room looks comfortable.

I watch channels about visiting other countries as I am unable to travel for a while but none have ever taken me thru people and places. It’s where I find it most fascinating that you are able to reach out into the natural places of the country. It’s not tourist destinations it’s real life and as I am retired I now have ideas of what and where I need to learn more about. You just captured what I have been searching for. I have been watching your videos for years now and I have loved your compilation. But the current compilations since you came up with multiple cameras spoils the immersion that we used to have in your older videos whereby it was the road and your face when narrating. Right now you show too much of you a which kills the travel feel that we used to have. When one watched your videos back then even if it's one hour you feel like you were in the journey but right now with the camera switching off the road and back to you in less than 5sec just spoil the whole thing. Can you work on it since you are the best African bike ride documentary KZbinr that I rate next to Itchy Boots of Netherlands. Bring the immersion back. Put us focused more on the road sceneries than on you and the bike. Thank you.
@Ludo_Liu2 жыл бұрын
thanks a lot Robert for your support, your care , and your concern. i appreciate to read such a feedback. I 200 percent understand your point of view. An d that s kind of normal, cause yes the content is evolving in the way you described. It is not easy to adjust, and keep being consistant as well as creative and still entertaining for the viewers. Actually, during the first months or years, before i started to show up a little, people have always asked me to come in front of the cam, to add some interaction with people, to personalize the channel. I also felt ready to try. Yes the immersion feeling, is not the same, or not here as in the previous videos, and i agree here. It doesn't mean these 100 percent immersive drives will disappear from the channel. the plan is to keep uploading more of them.
