I'm really impressed by their physical stature.They are well built and in a position to run and perform their job which is literally physical!! This then clearly says a lot about their training for both sexes quality was key in selection criterion. SANDF should be restructured and the SAPS disbanded to look for new recruits with intense training and no huge body structures who are pictured hardly able to turn on a chair let alone walk not run!!

These guards don't look like they have any tactical training or gear. These guards also need to be wearing body cameras to try and curb their corrupt tendencies. South Africa needs to deploy drones that will cover these areas and make life easier for these border officials. South Africa is a diverse nation but I don't see any diversity in this batch of guards, the other South african races also need to be represented in such.

You need people who will work for the future of their kids, people who doesn't focus on present only but on future as well. People who have the interest to work and protect for the future of their kids. Currently I work as security, every day when I come to work I think about the future of my kids who are at school. I make sure that every day I do the right thing to keep my job because I'm not working for myself but for my kids. I know if I do something wrong and get cought I will lost my Job and maybe jailed. And that will dent my good record to get onother job and only my kids will suffer from that. And because of those reasons no money can buy me to risk my job and the future of my kids. Look at Bhongweni prison, people who are working there most of them are the from poor background and they are willing to change the history of their families. My brother was a soldier for 17 years now he is a police officer. He does not want to work in charge office. He is working under public order policing. When I ask him why he does not want to work in charge office he told me that in charge offi there is a lot of corruption going on and if you are not part of it you are an enemy. And that is the fight that can not be won by one person in 50. And my brother always tell me to think about my kids first no matter what decision i take.
