Mexico has offered many with asylum to stay in Mexico, many relocate to Mexico city or go to other northern states, we also offer them shelter in many different parts of Mexico (that's not a fence) they can stay in if they wanna appeal to the Mexican government for asylum, many get it but those that don't, literally continue in a bus or by foot to the U.S. border. Many of these families might already have citizen family memebers over there too, which might be also why they are heading for the states instead.

Border Patrol does as directed for most part. However, I have seen interviews where people trying to enter at entry point were told by a US agent not enough staff. If you steal a car and go into hiding for 7 or more years, are you still processed and punished when you're finally caught? What if you committed a crime 40 years ago and they find you as an old man, are you still processed and punished? Does child services remove thousands upon thousands of American children from their parents for something the parent has done, lots of the time the crime commited has nothing to do with the children they take. Where are all of the outrage for this? Is immigrant children more important than our own? If not, what's the difference? Not that it matters but, I believe the U.S.A Immigration policy was doomed from the start. Why? Technically the children who was born here with both parents being illegal immigrants, their child or children should never have been called American in the first place. If this was so, then at least one parent would be a citizen and the child MAY stay with them while the other gets back in, legally. With both parents being illegal your just begging for a situation like this to arise. Don't break up families, remove them all as a family. Unless, as I mentioned earlier, one of the parents are a legal U.S citizen. And please stop having pity on those that have been here illegally for some odd number of years. Remember, if you commit a crime, it doesn't matter how long it's been. You are STILL guilty and will be treated as such. No matter how much you've changed your life around.
