There is just something both terrifying and intoxicating about Jack's rise to power, as he assumes total control over this automated army. This music perfectly encapsulates that feeling.

Yeah I went into this series blind, BL2 first because my friend recommended it (and the game summarized the first games story pretty well). This level is still my favorite because the sudden shift in threat of ‘wasteland bandits’ to ‘super mega corporation that literally sees your every move’ The chaos and seeing Loaders slaughtering these bandits I was struggling with only made it more impactful

I can’t possibly describe how much I love this song. Probably this is the theme of Hyperion for me personally. Haunting soundtrack that tells you “well, the shitshow is about to start, sure you wanna begin that fight?”.

I used to play this song on the cassette tape in MGSV while sneaking around and let me tell you, it fits perfectly, man. Best experience I had playing that game.
