They had "Shooting Fish in a Barrel" on Mythbusters once. Hitting the fish directly is actually pretty difficult. But the shockwave of the shot itself would most likely kill every fish in said Barrel.

The Hyperion Cub is potentially Cannon, if made the right way. It can be said like, Moze collected a modified Jack Pocket Watch to deploy Iron Cub instead of Iron Bear, downsizing Iron Bear to be more Compact and Cuddly. But still just as deadly.

They tested shooting fish in a barrel on mythbusters. The thing that makes it easy is The shock wave from the bullet hitting the water is enough to kill the fish.

As a matter of fact, you CAN get a Hyperion item as early as the entrance to the first boss. That secret chest outside usually has SMG's, and my luck has been they are usually Hyperion.

Hyperion more is awesome because with matched set (is that what its called?) You get bonus for every equipped item with the same manufacturer. You can have 4 guns, shield + grenade for a bonus of 6. Yay!

I believe there's a trinket that's just a small replica of Helios, probably the most thematically appropriate for the playthrough. It feels to me that Hyperion as a manufacturer became simultaneously better and worse in BL3 compared to the previous two. The shield mechanic may not be the most exciting or effective, but I think it's at least more interesting than just an accuracy booster, so that actually felt nice, but I think they absolutely Butchered (getit?) the visual and sound design on the guns. They just feel much worse to use. And partially it's a symptom of BL3's kind of weird move towards being more 'realistic' which I think made most of the weapons just look really overwrought and ugly, but Hyperion and Vladof in particular really suffered from it. Functionality, though... I think it's in a good place. Maybe the shields could be a little stronger or there could be more end-game situations in which actually having a temporary shield on your weapon matters.
