He's running mods that let him adjust what's in that machine, be they do indeed show up. The Cloud Kill is a great example of one that will be in there from time to time

K6's luck can be best described with a sine wave: it goes up, then it goes down, and then the cycle repeats itself.

An encouraging start, that green Monster is basically about as good as it gets; the majority of the good Hyperion weapons are shotguns anyway, so even being locked to shotgun damage to get the most out of it isn't a problem. I've sang the Firecracker's praises before and I think it's worth doing it again, it's a surprisingly great gun, and fun to use as well. It's basically a fire Flakker. It's really a shame that annointments are so impactful that being locked out of getting one automatically relegates an item to a much lower tier. If it could roll with annointments, I wouldn't be surprised to see the Firecracker matching some of the heavy hitters in niche situations.

He's not talking about the modifiers themselves, what he's talking about is the fact that if you read the card for M11, it SAYS it decreases things, and it doesn't.
