Just so everyone knows, the “Crit” that you get from moxxi has a “slippery when wet” effect. It makes you drop the gun if you reload too frequently. There’s a lot of differing opinions on how it works, but this is the real way. It has a chance to make you drop the gun if you reload in a timeframe too close to the last time you reloaded. So don’t just dump the whole magazine in one go and continue firing. Use it in bursts. After all, the thing kills pretty much anything with not even 10 shots. You don’t need to spray it. Stop shooting every couple rounds, and DO NOT RELOAD THE WEAPON WITHOUT EMPTYING THE MAG. If you do what I said, you’ll never drop it.

Yeah, this is simply false. Just tested by firing the gun a couple times and reloading 10 seconds later, and it took 24 reloads to drop. Then tried reloading as quickly as possible on Zane with increased reload speed, and dropped after 6, and then again after another 36 reloads. Average between the two, one drop per 21 reloads. Both of those results are well within the expected 5% (1/20) chance to drop. I would have tested more than once with the slow-reload attempt, but each test would in theory take 3+ minutes to finish, and I'm not willing to spend that amount of time debunking a random KZbin comment's misinformation. Now, the one thing I can say is that if you reload the Crit fewer times in total, you'll of course drop it fewer times in total, and that may make it feel like you have a smaller chance of the gun dropping. But having used the gun multiple times while leveling character and a ton on Moze while reloading it at most once per minute, I can confidently say the chances of dropping the gun doesn't have anything to do with how quickly you reload it or how much you hold down the trigger.

the crit in op levels is broken. if you are a ammo regen moze, you will have infinite heal. 2 shots already get me to full health in op 6 as a fl4k with scourge build. i love this gun

I just use rushin offensive. i think they fixed it so it works consisntently. that plus grenades gives me enough lifesteal. I use 2 different flippers, plummage and backburner.plummage is fun if you use it more like a shotgun and "aim" it for the tighter spread

I haven’t watched this vid yet, but I love the crit. I get it again every few levels because it’s crazy. I’d be shocked if it’s not on this list. The base damage alone with the fire rate is insane, not to mention the elemental damage that tends to be like 2-4x the base damage.

That the sandhawk is the best sniper riffle in the game seems very debatable given there is also the complex root. The sandhawk is certainly better from a standalone standpoint but if you build around it the complex root is way more broken imo.

Infernal wish only adds 1 projectile with Flipper so becomes x10 instead of x9. Lot of better shield options for Flipper

To never drop the “Crit”, just never reload the mag yourself. fire every single shot. Do not manually reload. AND, do not shoot every single round in one trigger pull. Shoot it in bursts. The thing is stupid overpowered, you don’t need to spray it if you can hit your shots. The “slippery when wet” effect that makes you drop the gun only has a chance to activate if you’re reloading the gun too frequently. Like if you’re shooting it till it’s empty, reloading, and continuing without ever letting the trigger go. Or constantly reloading back to back without emptying the mag. Once you get all that down it becomes habit and you’ll literally never drop it again.

I farmed for max damage free radical and love it so much I have about 6 or 7 of them in the bank, just because. I got a 102k something and I was content with that. A radical with 150/90 is giggity.

There is hardly a noticeable difference between the lowest damage one to the highest damage one. That can be said for most guns in the game which sadly makes it irrelevant to farm for damage increases.

You have to activate the bunker masters vault card to level it up. Once activated any XP you get will help increase its level. Level it up to earn chests, open them to get keys and spend them to get the guns and other stuff.

Can you not stack the stack bot on flak like you do with the facepuncher and then have the continuous damage the whole time. I haven't been able to play in a while so I haven't been able to try this. This is in reference to the very first gun you showed.

You can't because the gun portion will reset your stacks once you miss a crit.

the face puncher deals melee damage, not gun damage. but it still scales with gun damage for whatever reason. the blade fury on the other hand does both gun damage and melee damage, which makes it reset the stackbot

boogieman isnt better than any of those weapons. its not even all that good of a sniper to begin with. moze only does so goddamn well with it, cause it barely uses ammo and does splash. amara and zane can use it somewhat decently, but arent good options either.

@@mister_muffin3625 i dont understand this, and it is probably because i am new to borderlands (so not argueing just asking) I have a great mayhem 10 cryo tizzy and great flipper and great monarch. But i found a plasma coil on moze to beat out all other damage so far even with bad rolls... I have all the class mods with ok rolls and a bunch of company man artifacts. So i should be able to do the different builds with almost equal gear.

@@Redishere moze has a skill that adds additional fire damage to every source of splash damage, called fire in the skag den. On the card it says that this skill only adds I think 35% fire damage. But thats not the case. On mayhem 10 or 11 (basically the same thing) this skill adds about 350 - 400% fire damage to every source of splash damage. And because the Plasma Coil does splash damage and already has an insanely high card damage, it surpasses the other stuff by miles. There is also a similar skill in her purple tree called Big Surplus (ehich I honestly prefer over fire in the skag den) that adds fire damage to weapons that dont do splash damage, like the tizzy or the monarch. Way more versatile than going full blue tree.
