I have all 9 point symptoms. I am struggling with bipolar, anxiety, depression, compulsive and impulsive disorder, panic attacks. I am taking two kinds of medicine but it controls only 30-40%. I am taking DBT class too but it is not so helpful for me. What is the solution? How can I get rid of it? I am extremely tired but still hope finding as your suggestion. Please I need you advise. BPD has a very high recovery rate so don't worry. Get professional help and your life would improve significantly. I also suggest Dr. Daniel Fox's channel. His content is devoid of stigma and it actually helps.

Wow😂😂😂😂. Sorry but ye kya scene hai ki sidhe divorce kar do. Usne galat kiya nhi bta kar Par try karna chahiye help karne ko. Divorce se tum unki condition ko zyada kharab kar rhe ho aur unke fear ko zyada bda rhe ho. I have bpd too. Try taking medication and therapy. And try to understand her problems.

And also bpd usually comes with some other mental illnesses too. Mujhe PTSD, adhd and maladaptive daydreaming bhi hai. Tumhe bhi shayad koi aur disorder ho iske sath. Kisi ache psychiatrist ke pass jao and agar vo na kaam kare toh change karo and koi aur psychiatrist dekho. Self harm ka bahut khatra hoga. I attempted suicide twice and I'm just 19 years old. Toh help find karna jldi zaruri hai.
