Communication in that in direct passive aggressive way is SO uncomfortable. I won't work in an environment that isn't willing to shut that shit down. I don't like conflict but if someones got a problem Im more than comfortable bringing it up without sugar coating it. That being said, its still important to approach it as a problem between you and the other person and not as a problem WITH said person. People aren't their actions or behavior and no one responds well to being attacked.

God I hate this so much when people tell you something kindly like "okay sure yeah gotcha man" and the next minute they send a fking email with escalation and stuff. This is just being two-faced, no benefit of the doubt for these guys. And no "well maybe this is an anxiety problem". Na-ah. This is being a little dirty piece of sh1t problem.
