Everyone parents different and not everyone will agree with other parenting styles. But everyone loves to give their opinion I see. I happened across your videos by accident and I have been watching a lot of them..the main thing I notice is how fun you are.you laugh constantly and not a lot bothers you it is great. Bonnie, this was one of those times when I laughed til I cried, when you saw the squirrel. I literally had to pause this and run to the bathroom. I couldn't believe how funny that was. My husband and I have been together for 7 years and this is the first time he's ever heard me toot. I just couldn't control myself.

You know your kids and your neighborhood better than anyone commenting on here. I know that I couldn't and wouldn't let my kids run around in the front yard by themselves but that is because I live on a pretty busy street in a not super safe neighborhood I wouldn't even let her go out in the fenced back yard by herself. Boston seems to do the right thing out there watching for cars and such. You are a great mom and your kiddos are adorable.

I thought about the comments I saw from your video with your doctor suggesting you giving Lincoln a bottle. 1) You're a wonderful mother regardless of the decision you make on feeding. 2) I think people are so opinionated because they saw that you were hurt about your supply not being 'enough'. The irony of this video is Bonnie..no one gets it ;) We're the same age with a lot of the same thinking methods. Both you & Ellie are bringing your children up in a similar way of not wrapping them in cotton wool, placing them in a bubble or nannying them. People don't understand that we grew up in an era where playing outside at all ages while our parents or older siblings kept an eye on us was never a bad thing. You've taught your children wonderful discipline, common sense, self awareness & safety. Ignore the apparent perfect parents, or know it alls - you're a bloody good mother, kids are fine, fit, healthy & strong. Just scroll past. Doing good mama! Porridge for boosting milk supply. He may just be cluster feeding, exhausting I know :( xx

I'm just waiting for the video when Bonnie says she's sick of all the mommy bashing and is taking a break from vlogging. I know I would get tired of it! It's amazing to me how cruel and rude some people can be. How can you base your entire opinion of her parenting by a 12 minute excerpt of a day? It's ridiculous. I have a simple solution for those who don't like her videos don't watch them. +Bonnie Hoellein I don't know if this is the case but from a veteran breastfeeding mom it could be that Lincoln is going through a growing spurt and is "cluster feeding". Which basically means he's going through a growth spurt and he's trying to increase your milk supply by feeding non stop for long periods of time. It could be for example every 15 minutes for 2-3 hours straight. It definitely sucks for Mama but it's natures way. And luckily it doesn't last forever. Keep up the good work and thanks for the videos :)

Well said!! I have tried to be helpful about the breastfeeding, but all the other stuff is nit picking!! We all parent differently! She is a good mom in that she loves her kids and does the best she knows!! As we all do!! There is NO one right way to parent!! My sister works in a program and see's true neglect and abuse. Everyone needs to get off there high horses and as one little girl said VERY well "worry about yourself" ;)
