You people need to realize that artists like Sonny evolve their music. He is so talented that he doesn't need or want to be confined to one genre or style... He lets his creativity guide him and whatever comes out of that is what it is. That is one of the things I love about him. He is a truly talented musician and has a little something called artistic integrity.

When he was in FFTL he did a bit to much cocaine and it fucked up his vocal range and singing voice. He evolved because he wanted to stay in the music scene, not because of his creativity. Sonny is an amazing musician but his voice isn't what it used to be thanks to drugs.

For everyone who is saying "We need less of Skrillex and more of this stuff" I hope you guys know he can no longer sing like this. A lot of factors played in to ruining his vocal cords. The screaming, the broken nose, the bulimia and the fact that he never learned to sing properly. He would often loose his voice during tours and it came to a point were he could no longer sing. Don't believe me? He said this all him self in interviews.
