Credit to the first Officer for the way he goes about his business. There is no such concept as "soliciting a trespass" in UK law. A trespass isn't a criminal matter as it is in the US - a constable has no power in law to remove a trespasser unless they are preventing a breach of the peace, if a constable does elect to remove a trespasser they do so as an agent of a landowner.
