Hi Michelle. Sometimes the fonts don't come with the symbols. Just the letters. You will need to purchase a set of the symbols and add them to your design.

Hi Visi. The Minnie Mouse Alphabet are individual PES files. So they don't import into Embrillance like a BX font file. You will need to select each letter individually to add to the design.

Thank you for the information. I am new at Embrilliance and am using PES fonts. I found that I can enter a font and then select "merge" and add another font to the same file. However, I have so much to learn about the program. The saving issue, with the many ways to save, is giving me a bit of trouble. I need to do some more research on how and what I am saving the file to.

Following your instructions in purchased the BX format successfully. I downloaded the ZIP file into my download file. Unfortunately here’s my problem: the ZIP file doesn’t open & because it won’t open it won’t load into Embrillance. To open Zip files all I normally have to do is highlight the Zip file an click Extract but nothing happens this time. I don’t have problems opening Zip files when I save them in PES. Do you have any idea how to resolve this problem?

I have watched the tutorial. My PC went up and I had to have it fixed. When they downloaded everything, fixed and reloaded I have a completely new screen and having problems trying to figure out everything. I did buy a font from Stitchopia and when they told me to right click on the folder and extract, nothing happens??

Great tutorial. What’s the difference between the BX and PES fonts I have an PES sewing machine and ordered all PES files. I, also, have Embrillance Essentiala would I have issue sewing my saved designs on the USB stick to sew. What would be the issues I would come across. I have embrillance and all of my fonts purchased from Stitchtopia are purchased PES fonts but I download them into embrillance without issues. Once I download double click the arrows to transfer to embrillance. But there is an way to transfer without transferring each font separately. I learned watching several KZbin video and I’m very new with machine embroidery this mask three months for me Love you tutorial. Thanks Thanks

The difference is the file format. You can import BX files. For PES files you will need to open each character one at a time.

A lot of my fonts that I’ve purchased are saying they can’t be saved because they could be a demo. They were working and I updated the embrillance express. Now lots of them are .be files. Hi Kingsolver. You will need the BX fonts to use with embrillance. You can use other formats but you will have to open up each letter at a time which can be very time consuming. .be format is a working file format. You should be able to open the file up and save it in PES or other embroidery format.

Hi Yahira. You need to turn on the view. Go under Views / Manage Views / Properties Views. Turn on all of them and this will fix you problem.

Hi Portia. BX files are the format that you can import into Embrilliance. Once you create the design you want in Embrillance you will then save the file in the PES format for the machine to read.

Hi Dwight. Most site will have the a pdf or pic of what each letter will look like. Unfortunately not all words look great with concern fonts. I will be posting a video about this soon that will show you tricks I do to help with this. You don't have to use the same font for the word.

Hi Ty. You will need to open each letter of the PES format fonts in Embrilliance. In order to store fonts in Embrilliance you will need to purchase the BX format. After you are done creating your file in Embrilliance, you will then save it as a PES file onto a USB flash drive and install it on your machine.
