Fancy office guy probably needs a wardrobe for hanging suits and shirts from the dry cleaner’s, and a full length mirror for getting dressed. Both could have replaced the bookshelves in the bedroom. An impressive garden urn or statuary probably wouldn’t go amiss, with a few evergreens around the base. First impressions stuff.

hi wels, maybe you dont know about this, but you are able to change the stairs color or some parts of building like the train color (you didnt change the train color at all before) with the "sell object" equipment.

This is bringing back such memories of being a kid in like, junior high, and getting absolutely obsessed with watching those house flipper shows on HGTV. XD There was this old farmhouse in my hometown that I just _knew_ I could flip into something awesome... if someone would just give me a couple zillion bucks lolol. Great video as always!

I really hope in second game we can see more utility, commercial or other types of buildings. For example this really cool office I'd see in some business-type building, not in a home.
